We strive to provide you with the best quality products and customer service. If your Clean Holmes candle arrives broken, please submit a picture of the damaged item via email to our customer support at thecleanholmes@gmail.com, and we will gladly replace it for you.
In the event that you encounter an issue with a candle wick not burning properly, please reach out to us with your concern. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, provide a replacement candle for you to enjoy.
Please note that all other sales are final. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for candles that have been used or are not damaged or defective.
