At Clean Holmes, we prioritize providing top-notch cleaning services and maintaining positive interactions with our clients. To ensure our mutual success, we have established a policy that outlines important information about our services. We kindly request that you review this policy to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience with our team.
POLICY
Cancellation
Our policy at Clean Holmes states that any cancellation made less than 24 hours before a scheduled cleaning appointment will result in a $50 deposit for the next booking date. Additionally, we allow only one reschedule with a deposit. If you cancel your biweekly cleaning schedule and return for the next cycle week, you must pay your monthly quote/rate as agreed upon.
Dishes
A fee of $15 will be applied for washing dishes left in the sink. We kindly ask that you ensure the dishwasher is unloaded before our cleaning team arrives on your scheduled cleaning day.
Cleaning Condition
Additional fees may apply if your home is messier than usual. Please inform us of the condition of your house and be mindful of the cleaner's time.
NC Cancellation
For clients in NC, please provide a notice of cancellation at least 72-48 hours in advance to avoid an additional fee of $50 on your next scheduled service. We offer biweekly scheduling, so please book accordingly.
